Can I cancel my order?

Due to our shipping speed, we are unable to cancel orders once they are confirmed and a shipping label is created...

So be sure you want the best online candy available before completing your purchase!

How long after my order is placed will I get my Sour Tooth package?

All orders from Sour Tooh are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Flat Rate shipping.

Weekday orders before 11:00 am are shipped the same day.

Weekday orders after 11:00 am are shipped the following day.

Orders on Friday after 11 am / Saturdays / or Sundays are shipped out on the following Monday.

Your Sour Tooth package should be delivered 3-4 business days from acceptance at a USPS facility.

This is only an estimate and may take longer depending on your location!

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and confirmed, a shipping label will be created.

You will receive a tracking number via email in order to check on the status of your Sour Tooth package.

What to do when my order arrives?

When you get the confirmation email that your order has been delivered, bring the package in immediately to prevent your candy from melting.

Sour Tooth packages should not be left out once they are delivered.

If it is a hot day, we recommend opening your package and checking the bags for 'clumping'. If you find that the candy has melted... follow the steps in the next FAQ immediately.

What if my product arrives melted?

If your candy arrives melted, please email us at orders@sourtooth.com within 24 hours from delivery and add any relevant photos with a short description.

Claims cannot be reviewed outside a 24 hour window from delivery.

Delivery Time Exceeded?

If 4 business days have passed from acceptance at a USPS facility and you have not received your Sour Tooth package... please reach out to your local USPS store directly with your tracking number for an update on its status.

If that doesn't work, reach out to us at orders@sourtooth.com with your order number so we can track it down and give you an update.

Package missing?

All packages are sent to the respective address provided on your order. Please make sure this address is correct before confirming your purchase.

If the delivery for your package was confirmed with USPS, it is the customers responsibility to bring it inside immediately at your earliest convenience.

If you can not find your package where it says it was delivered please reach out to your local USPS store with your tracking number for them to geolocate the package.

Sour Tooth is not responsible for an incorrect address or missing/stolen items.

Can I return my order?

This is an edible product so we do not accept returns.

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, so if there are any issues please reach us at orders@sourtooth.com.

Is Sour Tooth available outside the U.S.?

We only ship to the contiguous United States of America.

We are not able to ship to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as any other international regions at this time.

Allergen warning and Kosher Information:

Sour Belts: Contain Wheat.

Sour Rings / Fruit Bites: Contain Pork Gelatin.

Please be sure to check the ingredients for any other allergens that pertain to you.

Sour Tooth candies are packed in a facility on shared equipment that may contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, sulfur, milk and eggs.

Is Sour Tooth vegan?

Our Sour Belts are vegan friendly, but they contain wheat.

Is Sour Tooth Gluten-Free?

Our Sour Rings / Fruit Bites are Gluten-Free, but contain gelatin.

Please check the ingredients for the absence of gluten before consuming any of our products!
