What forms of payment do you accept?

When will my Sour Tooth arrive?

We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage. If you order before 11:00 AM on a weekday, it's out the same day. If it's after 11:00 AM or during the weekend (Fri-Sun), we ship it the next business day (aka Monday). From there, expect delivery within 3-4 business days. Just note, delivery times may vary based on where you're located.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! As soon as we’ve processed and confirmed your order, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Keep an eye on it to see where your Sour Tooth candy is at every step of the way.

What to do when my order arrives?

Once you get that delivery confirmation email, it’s time to get sour! Bring that package inside immediately, especially if it’s warm out. Hot weather and candy aren’t exactly best friends. If it’s a scorcher outside, give your candy a quick check for any ‘clumping’ or melting. Find a problem? No worries, jump to the next FAQ for a solution.

What if my product arrives melted?

If you open your package to a melted mess, shoot us an email at orders@sourtooth.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include some pics and a brief description, and we’ll review it. Just a heads up - after 24 hours, we can’t accept claims, so don’t wait too long!

Delivery Time Exceeded?

If it’s been more than 4 business days since your order was accepted by USPS and you still haven’t seen your package, first check with your local USPS office using your tracking number. If that doesn’t get results, reach out to us here with your order number, and we’ll help track it down.

Package missing?

All orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout, so make sure it’s accurate before confirming! If USPS says your package has been delivered but you can’t find it, check with your local USPS office to geolocate it. If you still need help after reaching out to USPS, shoot us a message and we will do our best to assist.

Can I return my order?

Since we're dealing with edible goodies, we don’t accept returns. But hey, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s any issue with your order, hit us up here and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Is Sour Tooth available outside the U.S.?

Right now, we ship to all 50 states, U.S. military bases, territories, possessions, and Freely Associated States. No international destinations just yet.. but stay tuned, we’re always looking to expand!

Allergen warning and Kosher Information:

Sour Belts: Contain wheat. Sour Rings / Fruit Bites: Contain pork gelatin. All Sour Tooth candies are packed in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, milk, eggs, and more. Please check ingredients for specific allergens before enjoying your sour fix.

Is Sour Tooth vegan?

Once your order is confirmed and a shipping label is created, it's out of our hands. We move fast around here! So, make sure you’re 100% ready for that sour goodness before you click "buy." After that, there’s no turning back. But hey, that just means your candy is getting to you quicker!

Super simple! You get to choose from any of the 10 sour varieties we offer, and you can mix and match your favorites. Want to go big? You can build pack of 3, 6, 8, or 12 bags. The more you add, the better the deal per bag. Plus, shipping’s on us if you go for a 12-pack or spend over $30!

What’s the difference between the Variety Pack and Build Your Own Box?

Our variety pack are pre-set, so you get a little bit of everything. With "Build Your Own Box," you’re the boss! You choose exactly which flavors go into your box and in what quantities. So if you have a top favorite, you can load up on that.
